Collaborations
Characterization of new fluorescent proteins (FPs) David Piston, Professor of Molecular Physiology and Biophysics, Professor of Physics, Vanderbilt University.
Funding: NIH R01 DK53434 (1/98-11/10).
This is an ongoing collaboration with the laboratory of David Piston focused on measuring two-photon action cross-sections of purified FP’s and assaying for aggregation properties using FCS and our burst analysis methods.
