Multiphoton Histology

Images acquired in unstained living tissue with multiphoton excited fluorescence and nonlinear scattering can provide a tremendous amount of information about the tissue in its native state. That information is sometimes quite similar to what one would see using more traditional histological techniques and sometimes quite different. . .

Unless otherwise stated, all multiphoton images are acquired at with 750 nm exciation.
