Redox Movie

Many hematopoietic cells undergo dramatic oxidative changes upon stimulation. In order to determine whether the redox state can affect exocytosis, we image difluorodihydrofluorescein (green, which becomes fluorescent under oxidative stress), with the exocytosis indicator LysoTracker Red. The total movie duration is 15 min.
