The exocytotic event

Using a variety of different indicator dyes simultaneously, we can begin to develop a timeline for the exocytotic event.

Here for example we look at Acridine Orange (red and green) to indicate granule pH a membrane stain (blue) to indicate granule fusion. The numbers represent seconds from stimulation.
